Man Sentenced For Sexual Abuse

A Town of Onondaga man is sentenced to 97 years in prison for raping an elderly woman. 45 year old Vincent Torres was sentenced Tuesday morning in Onondaga County Court.  Torres was convicted in May of two counts of sodomy, sexual abuse and burglary.  The attack happened back in June of 2003.

Binghamton Man Arrested For Sexual Assault

A Binghamton man was arrested after sexually assaulting a 33-year-old woman in Endicott.  40 year-old Josee Pabon was arrested Friday night for forcing sexual conduct on the woman.  The victim was treated at Wilson Hospital and released.  Pabon was arraigned in the Village of Endicott court and taken to Broome County Jail without bail.

Elmira Heights Teens Arrested For Burglary
