A fight on Hudson Street in Johnson City has left an unidentified man with a fractured skull and a brain injury.
The man was struck on the head with a knife on Sunday.
The Broome County Sheriffs Office located and arrested a suspect in the assault on Route 11 in Kirkwood.
Jamel Dancy, 27, of Roosevelt NY was charged with felony assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
