57 year-old John Jones III of Brackney Pennsylvania was killed when a Mack Truck used to haul natural gas drilling materials overturned onto his car.
The accident occurred about 8:00PM Friday night on Route 29 in Liberty Township, Susquehanna County.
The truck reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign.
An unidentified 17-year-old female passenger sustained non life threatening injuries.
50 year-old James Hoffpauir of Montgomery, Texas was driving the truck for an Arizona based company.
State Police are continuing their investigation.
