Yes there is for city water. It has come thru on my cell phone twice. The ppl with wells maybe not.

Need to get from Sayre, PA to Norwich, NY. Can I get through on Monday to Route 17 East to I-81 North and take exit 6 to get Route 12 to go into Norwich? Please respond ASAP!
