does anyone know if u go up gaskill from rt38 to dayhollow is open and if u can get down dayhollow to 17c to treadway inn?
As of Noon on Sunday, Rte 17 remains closed between exits 67 and 61. Region 9 DOT said it may reopen by this evening, but nothing solid. 282 remains closed between the PA Line and 17C.
its 405pm- is 17 open towards binghamton/jc ?
511Ny states that 17 is open but the exit ramps are closed in Owego & Apalachin. The Broome County website still lists 17 as closed between 67 & 61
Route 17 E and W Bound are now open between Exits 67 and 61, Drove it. I am not sure what time they were actually opened
