On Saturday at about 5PM, a head-on crash sent one woman to Robert Packer Hospital and the other driver to court.
33-year-old Michael Kelley was driving northbound on Pennsylvania Avenue in Apalachin, when he crossed the center line and collided with a 64-year-old woman, whose name has not been released.
The woman suffered non life threatening injuries.
Kelley left the scene before police arrived, but was located and arrested for felony DWI. He was arraigned at the Town of Owego Court and sent to the Tioga County Jail.
State Police say the crash is still under investigation. Further charges are possible.
