15-year-old Sekia Cureton of Endicott drowned yesterday after accidentally falling into the Susquehanna River near Riverview Drive in Endicott.
Emergency Responders from the Endicott Police Department, Endicott Fire Department, and the Union Volunteer Emergency Squad were able to rescue Sekia from the River and immediately began life saving measures. Sekia was transported to Wilson Memorial Hospital, where she later died.
