Owego-Apalachin Voters Pass School Budget

Owego-Apalachin voters have passed both the school budget and the bus purchase.

- 2012-2013 budget passed 1,179 – 284 (80.6% yes … 19.4% no)

- Bus purchase passed 1,058 – 410 (72.1% yes … 27.9% no)

- In the Board of Education election, two seats were available. Incumbents John Crosby and David Barton retained their seats.

Vote totals were:
* John Crosby 1,009 (42.7%)
* David Barton 958 (40.6%)
* Haig McNamee 395 (16.7%)
