An Ohio man is in guarded condition at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester after his tractor trailer flipped over on I-86 in Bath. Thomas Goins of Seaman, Ohio was hauling 4,000 gallons of warm asphalt sealer, which began to leak out of the truck’s tank onto the highway’s median after it flipped around 3 a.m. The man, along with a small dog, had been ejected from the truck and were found lying in the pool of asphalt sealer on the ground. The dog was also rescued from the asphalt, cleaned, and taken to a Hornell animal hospital for treatment. Authorities are not certain what caused the truck to veer off the road.
