A Keuka Lake man is in jail and two adults–presumed to be his parents–are facing criminal charges for an after-prom party at their house that involved alleged serving of alcohol to minors and an alleged sexual assault. The New York State Polce’s Criminal Investigation Bureau began investigating at party at the home of Charles and Sharon Frysinger that followed the Corning East High School Prom on May 19th. Police now say that 15 to 20 party-goers under 21 years of age were served alcohol at the party, and also that 20-year old Jordan Fysinger had sexual contactwith a female who was incapacitated due to intoxication. They say the two elder Frysingers were on the premises when all this took place but failed to stop it. 48-year old Charles and 49-year old Sharon Frysinger were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child. They were arraigned in Steuben County Court and released ROR. Jordan Frysinger was charged with reckless endangerment. He was arraigned and remanded to the Steuben County jail without bail.
