A missing boy from South Carolina was located in New York on Friday. New York State Police stopped a vehicle on Interstate 81 in the town of Chenango early Friday because it matched the description of a nationwide Amber Alert. Troopers stopped it near Chenango Bridge shortly after midnight. Troopers say the child suffered a gunshot wound to his legs in South Carolina and had not yet received medical attention.24-year-old Holly Dew, and 23-year-old Randi Session, both of Conway, South Carolina, were charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The child was transported to Wilson Hospital where he is in stable condition. Protective Services were contacted for two other children in the vehicle. Dew and Session were arraigned in Town of Chenango Court and sent to the Broome County Jail on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond. The Horry County Police Department will be filing their own charges in the case.
