Tioga County Council on the Arts invites you to the last performance of our “Always on Sunday” Series.
Ithaca College professor and organ scholar Dr. Leon W. Couch III will perform a solo recital at this season’s last “Always on Sunday” concert, to be held Sunday, April 17th at 3:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Union Church, Corner of North Avenue and Temple Street in Owego.

Dr. Couch holds two doctoral degrees from the University of Cincinnati’s College Conservatory of Music as well as undergraduate degrees in physics, mathematics and music from the University of Florida.
Couch’s performance will be enhanced by the Presbyterian Church’s organ, one of the finest around the area. It is a Hutchings tracker organ which dates to 1889 and is on the National Historic Registry.
