New York State Police tried to pull over a vehicle going 92 in a 45 mile per hour zone in Kirkwood Saturday morning just before 8AM.
Allan Dodge, 18, from Pennsylvania took off and led police on a chase into Binghamton.
The chase ended when Dodge crashed into a building on the corner of Court and Carroll Streets.
The stolen car and building were badly damaged, but no one was hurt.
Dodge and his passenger, Dustin Lockwood, 19, were arrested after a short foot chase.
Both men are charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
Dodge is also facing charges of reckless endangerment and unlawfully fleeing a police officer.

My husband and I were nearly run off the road by this car. Thankfully they did not kill anyone on their wild ride. If it had been just a little later in the morning, there would have been many innocent people on the street and in harms way. If the justice system works the way it should they should have plenty of time to think about this reckless and dangerous behavior.
U have to understand that thwey r teenage a boys n they do crazy things that they think r kool just becuz I’m related to them doesn’t mean ne thin yes they were bein crazy n not thinkin bout the consquences of wat they were doin but if u knew them u would relize that they wouldn’t normally do ne thing to put ne one in danger they r really good kids but make stupid descisions just likme the rest of us

being crazy? i have seen crazy, this is completely unethical. You say there good kids.. People make mistakes but this isn’t a mistake, or just a dumb decision. They stole a car, MY CAR! Its sad the world we live in. cant even leave a car at a business without two dumb ass kids stealing it. if they had an bit of character what so ever they would have at least stopped when the officers attempted to pull them over. they didnt even give up after running my car through a building. i have heard about these two. they are no good losers…drug users that have no morals. there is a difference from doing stupid kid things but they are criminals…liars..a drain on society. cost me four thousand dollars that i will never see. i have no pity. no remorse for these two scum bugs. to be honest they our lucky to be in jail. i am a college student that pays my way through college myself and to be honest with you i just can’t afford what your family member has done to my personal property. its set back because of their mistakes but the difference between myself and them is instead of breaking the law or trying to get back at them for what they’ve done I will be a man and work hard to gain back the money that I’ve lost due to their stupidity. Dustin is 19 years old and has a baby girl and a toddler son. You’d think that early in the morning he would be resting for a long day of work to support his family but instead he and his friend are out getting high and stealing a car that they have no right to be in. to say the least these two are absolute idiots that will never make it in this world. people like this is the reason our world is the way it is today. there is no excuses, no possible way to stick up or defend these two. if you honestly think these two just made a simple mistake, then your obviously no better then them…

listen i understand everyone is mad n upset about this whole sitittuation but dont judge me if u dont kno me….dustin is my brother n hes been there for me my whole life n im gonna be there for him even if hes noth makin the best choices n second of all i think that if it was ur brother or sister or who ever ur close to than ud be doin the same thing n stick up for them even if they r bein complete idiots n not thinkin. i am sorry bot ur car n the money sitution n if ur family could have gotten hurt but ur not the only ones who r effected by this either they do have family n children that r missin them n want them to be home right now
Besides the weather, this is one of the reasons I left Upstate 30 years ago. For some reason there is a huge part of Upstate NY population that lives with a tremendous loser, white trash, mentality. And they can tell right off if you went to college, just give them a chance to make trouble for the penciled neck college boy, book learnin’ smarty pants! They and their buddies will run you off the road and threaten you. Boy what fun , eh boys? But fifty years years later they are still living in the same trailer, junky wooden box house, big guts hanging out, beer in hand, mad at the world for screwing things up for them, wondering why things didn’t work out all that well. Upstate is swarming with angry Red Necks. Ashley, you are barely literate horrid lttle person. You should strongly consider going back to grade school and paying attention just little bit this time. This is not just normal teenage boy stuff, these are crimes, committed by criminals, that end up in jail, which is where criminals are kept.
On the other hand you could have got an advanced degree right there in town and now be living in a big house with a swiming pool, in a gated community in Scottsdale AZ, where you are not rousted continuously by pissed off red neck goobers.
